Shweta heads the Marketing function at Kimberly Clark India as part of the India leadership team since Sept ‘23. In her current role she is looking after the Baby and Fem Care Categories for KC-India, and is looking to strengthen the respective brand positions for Huggies and Kotex focussing on Consumer Inspired Innovation and digital first Marketing efforts. Prior to this, over the last decade, Shweta has worked in multiple roles in APAC in Vietnam and Malaysia across consumer marketing and digital leadership roles. She was instrumental in stabilizing the Baby Care YoY decline trajectory in Vietnam for Huggies and drove share gain with multiple interventions, most notable amongst them being winning Innovations across core and premium tiers. Under her leadership in Malaysia, Huggies reached its strongest share position and brand penetration numbers in the country. Prior to joining KC, Shweta worked in Cognizant and DXC technology in the technology consulting space and led digital transformation work with clients across APAC.
