He has served as CEO of Big Bazaar handling P&L of India’s Largest Hypermarket with revenue of US $2.5 Billion. He led digital transformation at Big Bazaar to build a successful Omni channel business with annualized revenues of US $200 million. He also served as President of Food and FMCG Business of Future Group. He was instrumental in building Food Strategy, Private Brands Play and Category Management Function at Future Group. He has also launched many Private Brands at Future Group. He is currently President of Retail Business at Dealshare. He is leading an initiative to build social commerce for Bharat. Kamaldeep brings multi-category and multi-function experience of handling category, operations, strategy and digital transformation. Kamaldeep is a hands-on leader and he is equally adept at scaling new startups and handling scale. With his strong forte at execution he has led many transformational initiatives.
