India, working with FCB Ulka and India Today Group, Neha identified a gap in the
lingerie market in India and decided to address it by launching a solution-oriented
brand.
With Clovia, Neha meant to redefine the Indian lingerie market and help customers choose
beyond standard cuts, shapes and colours. Clovia is all about finding the unique
size and fit for every girl and woman and providing solutions to a whole host of
wardrobe problems. Last year, Neha took Clovia to one of the biggest exits in the Indian
apparel
space thereby raising the brand’s profile globally. Since inception, till today, Neha's
mantra is that lingerie is a critical part of one's wardrobe and it doesn’t need to be
drab and boring. She aims to occupy the “most-favorite brand” space in the minds of her
consumers.
Neha has also been instrumental in building the brand ethos of ‘Joy’ at Clovia which is
meant not just for customers but also the team thereby creating a cheerful work-
environment which promotes job-satisfaction despite high-pressure situations common at
