A journey that started in advertising spanned marketing communications and now continues as Chief Business Officer and Head Strategic Growth, FreshToHome. Santosh Kumar started his career in advertising agencies like JWT, moved to corporates, worked in MetLife, IGATE and went on to become senior director – global branding for Capgemini. At Capgemini, he led a multi-functional team that developed Capgemini’s new brand positioning strategy to create a transformational ‘brand with a purpose’.
Quit the job to become an entrepreneur with a series of online and offline outlets called ‘Sentimeater’ with the purpose of serving toxin-free meat and fish products. Grew it to Rs 7 crore annual turnover in a year with operating profitability, sold it to FreshToHome, and joined the senior leadership team of India’s largest online non-veg brand. He has served the position as Chief Business Officer of FTH Daily, a subscription based eGrocery division of FreshToHome, and in a year, grew it into a Rs 150CR business with more than 60k orders per day with over 96% repeat monthly customers. Now leading the retail, alliances and strategic growth to serve the next million customers.
