Vijay is a serial entrepreneur with 19 years of experience in Technology, Clean-Tech, Real Estate & retail. Vijay has lived and worked in USA, Canada, China, and Spain. He has a degree in Engineering from India and MBA from CEIBS Shanghai & IESE Barcelona. Vijay started his career in Information Technology with Infosys and American Express, and moved to renewable energy, before coming back to India in 2012, for the past 12 years Vijay has founded & scaled several companies such as Craft Coffee – A farm to cup café chain with 23 outlets, and V1 Malls – Tech enabled real estate development co which owns and operates over 2 million Sq Ft. of shopping malls, offices across India. In 2019l, Vijay’s company “Vrisa Sports” had set up set a up JV with HK Based XTEP International Ltd to Design, Manufacture, and Distribute XTEP and Palladium footwear brands in India. In his current role, Vijay is leading the XTEP and Palladium footwear brands in India. In Last 5 years he has built a robust offline network of 200+ stores and achieved annual GMV of INR 110 Crore. His vision is to Make XTEP the #1 Running brand in India and to Scale Palladium to become #1 premium outdoor brand in India.
